Shelbie Tripp

A licensed aesthetician with over 10 years of service industry expertise, including one year of dedicated medical spa experience, Shelbie is a skilled therapeutic professional specializing in advanced skincare treatments and technologies. Growing up, Shelbie always knew she wanted to care for those around her. She was passionate about building deep connections and understanding the science behind human anatomy. While studying to become a nurse, she began learning about the skin and was captivated with a newfound sense of purpose, curiosity,  and fascination. She immediately knew this was her true calling and transferred to The Aveda Institute where she obtained her aesthetician license. 

Whether working with fellow staff or clientele, Shelbie deeply values building meaningful relationships and connection through shared experiences and knowledge. From the professional perspective, this fosters a sense of community where staff can grow together in driving better results for people seeking care. With clients, this translates to a rewarding skin health journey that Shelbie is honored to be a part of; “Seeing results is of course always extremely gratifying, but having someone also seeing the results with you and getting to see the happiness and joy it brings them is the most gratifying feeling of all.”

Outside of the treatment room, Shelbie enjoys spending as much time as she can with her two dachshunds, Rusty and Winston. If they’re not outside enjoying a hike, you can usually find them relaxing together on the couch playing some video games. She also volunteers for the Midwest Dachshund rescue.
